To help keep sessions safe, calm, and enjoyable for everyone, please note: Maximum 2 adults per child Please do not arrive early. Please leave promptly at the end of your session so we can reset the room. Pre-booking is recommended, walk-ins are subject to availability. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Prams:

Space inside the sensory room is limited. Where possible, we recommend arriving without large prams. A small area is available to leave prams outside or nearby; however, space is limited and prams are left at your own discretion.

Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds Policy

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases of illness or last-minute changes. As a small business with limited capacity and staffing in place, we’re unable to make exceptions to this policy.
